From New York City:

Midtown Tunnel to 495-E (Long Island Expressway) to exit # 17W-E (I-278) toward I-495-ALT/Maurice Avenue.  Take Maurice Avenue exit follow service road to Long Island Expressway.  At second traffic light, Hamilton Place, make a right.  Then make a right onto Grand Avenue.  We are on the right hand side.

From Eastern Long Island:

Take Long Island Expressway West to Exit 19 (Queens Boulevard/Woodhaven Boulevard).  Take the I-495 W ramp exit toward 69th Street/Grand Avenue.  Make a left onto Grand Avenue.  We are on the right hand side.

From Brooklyn:

Take I-278 E (Brooklyn Queens Expressway) to Exit 35 (Long Island Expressway East.  Take Maurice Avenue Exit.  Make a right onto Hamilton Place.  Then make a right onto Grand Avenue.  We are on the right hand side.

From Westchester County:

Take Hutchinson River Parkway South toward Whitestone Bridge.  Hutchinson River Parkway becomes I-678 S.  Merge onto I-495 (Long Island Expressway) West via Exit 12B toward Midtown Tunnel.  Take the I-495 W ramp toward 69th Street/Grand Avenue.  Make a left onto Grand Avenue.  We are on the right hand side.
